We just had a roof replaced. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. **** was amazing. I initially was very reluctant talking to another Roofing salesman." **** asked for 5 minutes. I was impressed with his down-to-earth personality and him basically saying let me do all the work and if it doesn't work out or sound good to you, you have nothing to lose. And he was 100% right. I had C&N helped me with setting up sidings with my insurance and they did do a great job. I had some questions for them and it seems like they don't want to respond which gives me a not so good feeling. Basically my trust was gone so now they wanted to collect 15% from the amount that the insurance had given me for my sidings. Mind you this 15% means they had not done anything yet we did not pick out materials etc. I have a problem with trust and that's what I lost with this guys.
