We were promised a specific pickup date and assured we wouldn't need a backup — only to have them change it last minute. Despite sending exact measurements and being told our estimate allowed more than enough space, they showed up and claimed we had too much. They said they had their own fleet of trucks — instead, they arrived in a rented one. Promised three movers and a foreman, but only two showed up with the foreman.
