We were warmly greeted and brought to a private room. My dog made friends with everyone she came in contact with . I was given an estimated price for the visit b4 she saw the vet. Dr. Lang went over the testing they planned to do. I ok'd it. I , to the Just in Time coffee shop to wait. They have very good coffee. The exam took less than 30 minutes. Megan and Dr Pelio are fantastic! In fact the entire staff is great! Welcoming environment, kind, compassionate and focused on our dog and her optimal health.
This is the only type of vet that Tiger likes going to. He knows that nothing is going to be done that hurts him, so he just enjoys the attention!
Very I courageing and gave us helpful ideas to help keep Ginger healthy
The doctor is super nice and attentive to my dog. Everyone is very nice
Caring, compassionate, and informative. Like going to see a great “people” cardiologist, but with hugs and treats ,
We've been going to Coast to Coast for several years now. They have always been comforting and supportive on our visits as sometimes I am worried about what they will say about my pet. Dr. Lange has always explained to us what is going on. We highly recommend. The office staff has also been helpful with scheduling which is sometimes hard because they are not in the Newton location everyday.
Dr.Pelio andMegan did a super job. The others were good put those two. Were super good. The one thing I did Notest was that Dr Pelio did not sign the card they sent. If It wasn’t for Dr. Pelio we would have had to put Bella down much sooner. He always came out to talk to use which was greatly appreciated.
