Dr.Glahn at Coastal Cat has been taking care of my cat Alba for at least four years now, and the level of care you get is next level in the Bay Area. We drive from San Jose to this clinic because in our area because we haven't found any clinics that don't rush through the appointment. Dr.Glahn is very detailed orientated, and her communication skills don't leave you with much questions. I am so happy with the care my cat receives at Coastal Cat Clinic. I feel that the whole team really do their best in every step - book appointments, give care, billing, and follow up/ communications. That's why I've continued to drive all the way from Walnut Creek after I moved from San Francisco. In addition to general care, my cat received care for allergies and a USDA certification for travel to the EU. All processes were very smooth. Thank you, Dr. Couture and to every member of the team!
Coastal Cat Clinic is the best. They were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment for me when my cat was experiencing symptoms of possible diabetes. They referred me to an emergency vet clinic that could monitor him overnight and provide the care they couldn't at the local clinic. They even emailed me after to check on my cat and see how he was doing. They are so nice and welcoming and will definitely be bringing my cat and future cats here. Could not recommend enough to anyone who is looking for care
The entire team is thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. Feel good about all the services we get there. They take extra special care of my Kapers.
Recently brought in my 17 year old cat baby to see Dr. Couture and the team. They were amazing and very thorough throughout the exam. He has been going through some rough times recently and it has been extremely hard to see him like this, so when I brought him in they made me feel like he was in good hands. I am very thankful for the Dr. and staff for being so sweet and caring for my old boy and am looking forward to bringing him back for his next visit.
