RecommendedWe have been going to Coastal kids for almost ten years now. They are always quick and professional. They have always respected our requests, and never pushed for things we didn’t want. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the super sweet and energetic Katrina. She was so warm and welcoming! She let my daughter hold onto a stuffed animal(it was her first cleaning ever)during her visit. Emilee was so sweet and personable too. Dr. Kirstie was super sweet and sang to my daughter during her exam. We had a fantastic experience and my daughter loved everyone there. She can’t wait to go back in 6 months! Thank you to everyone for making her first dentist visit so memorable.
After a very unpleasant experience at the West Ashley location, we were able to get into the Hanahan location to get my daughter’s chipped tooth repaired. Dr. Zac and Erica were very accommodating. I was able to speak with the regional manager, Tiffanny, Office manager and the coordinator at this location. All were very professional and ultimately made sure my daughter was taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciated their compassion and concern for the comfort and wellbeing of my daughter. Always a good experience when we go there! My 4 year old is very happy when she leaves there and excited to go to the dentist. She got this stuff unicorn yesterday for being a good girl with her cleaning and X-rays! Very happy kid!
