Was great now corporate owned. No humanity, all robots following corp rules. Kicked our daughter out for being healthy and not having enough appointments. Also refused our newborn because of family circumstances we couldn't make it before 3 days old. Atleast the staff acknowledged it's not what it used to be and now just a corporation. Sad

The girl working the front desk is absolutely awful. Kawasaki is a good doctor but it amazes me she would have such an awful staff working for her. To the other women working beside this girl at the front desk she talks badly about all of you loudly in front of an office full of patience.

My daughter is five and we have been going to Dr. Saul since she was born. I love him. That said the front office staff and the nurses act like this is a doctor's office for adults. We have routinely waited over 45 minutes to an hour for every scheduled appointment. The nurses I have seen are rude and could not care less about my daughter, she is not too scared of shots, but the nurses who give the shots are rude and act like they are giving a shot to a 35 year old. I love Dr. S and Dr. K we have been seeing them since our kids were small. This isn't about them at all. They are great doctors. The new systems they have put in place like the phone system is a joke. Over 15 minutes to talk to someone is ridiculous. No option to leave a message. We went and our son was sick. They prescribed antibiotics but the antibiotics were never sent to the pharmacy. I had to stay on hold for over 15 minutes multiple times and still no antibiotics at the pharmacy. This review is specifically about the head nurse who has completely soured our experience here. Dr. Saul came highly recommended to us through friends and other medical professionals. We are first time parents and didn't know much of what to expect when interviewing pediatricians. Dr. Saul seemed to have a balanced and moderate approach to things. We pride ourselves on treating our patients with the best medical care available, while taking our time to communicate effectively. We made a switch.... To dr bocash in Camarillo! We actually just switched to him for my daughter 12 mo check, after being w dr Saul for her first yr. We did NOT like their front office staff or nurses. And dr Saul was SO busy he was just by the script when he did our well check ups. He came in did the check and would rush out. Great guy, but he's over worked. Dr. Kawasaki is an absolutely wonderful doctor, I trust her completely and my children love going to see her. She is gentle, super funny and kind. Dr Saul saw my newborn in the hospital and he is also a great doctor! They are both 5/5. This rating is 100% due to the office staff who are so incredibly rude!!! Literally the rudest office staff I have ever come across in my life. Ever!
Rediculous that their policy is only seeing newborns that are 4 days old or younger. I mean what a way to practice. Also the front desk is rude. I called in my son is one month old, and is considered a new born till 3 months of age and won't see him bc he is a month old. Good luck if your baby is 5 days old or older.
I would like for people to make sure while looking for a pediatrician to please make sure NOT to come here, especially if you are a parent juggling with different aged children and schedules. Although Dr. Kawasaki is a sweet lady, her staff is extremely rude and have no customer satisfaction skills and compassion. Kim the office manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate.
