We have been to both offices. Staff, managers and nurses are all amazing. But we can not say enough about Afshid. Her bedside manners, her ability to connect with children and parents. Her great diagnosis and how humble she is all reasons that we will continue to see her. Thank you :)
We went to the Agoura Hills branch and overall a very pleasant first visit/yearly checkup with Dr. Xu. He established good rapport with my teen and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Also, major plus that we were seen within 5 mins of the appointment time and the place was not overbooked so we did not feel rushed. It was also very clean.
We have been seeing Dr. Xu since my daughter was born in April 2020. Being a first time mom, things can be crazy stressful! Dr. Xu always takes the time to answer your questions and never makes you feel rushed!
Dr Xu and Liz Armstrong, both amazing with kids and teens. Thorough, well-educated on anything and everything that could be happening with your child/teen. Very lucky to be able to see these professionals. Highly recommend.
Dr. Barnhard and the amazing ladies in the office have taken care of my 11, 4, and 2 year olds since they came home from the hospital just like family. We look forward to our visits and trust in the care we receive. The office holds many memories and we can't imagine going anywhere else.
I love dr Karine Mouradian. She's amazing, she takes her time explaining everything in detail and answers all your questions and concerns. She's informative, caring and so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor for my kids.
Dr. Frank Xu is amazing! He is so caring, knowledgeable and makes each visit fun for my two boys even when they are sick. I recently had to switch to Kaiser insurance and can no longer take my kids to see him but they still remember him and keep asking me why we can't go to Dr. Xu. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
Dr Karine Mouradian is my son's doctor for 5 years now and my 3-month old daughter. We trust her with my kids health, she has been a very good doctor who always pays attention to what really the kids needs. When I gave birth to my daughter, my OB recommended a pediatric care doctor, who were taking care of my newborn when we are still in the hospital, but we decided to still go with her because of the our very good experience with her, even their clinic is 12miles away we still go to her. Absolutely one of the BEST! I am a big fan of experienced and seasoned doctors. Dr. Barnhard is one of those doctors. Great care, amazing bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is always welcoming, phones are answered with great professionalism, same day accommodation is always available, the office is clean and FUN! (my boys and I play I Spy while looking at the full office mural of under the sea).
