My appointment was on time and very efficient.
Getting a CPAP machine was not on my bucket list of things that I wanted to do. However, medical conditions forced my hand. They were quick to set up an appointment and when I came in, they listened to my misgivings about CPAP from my father’s experience with it. I didn’t not want the full face mask that my dad had. So, they fitted me with a nasal mask that was a lot less cumbersome. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Joanne . She was very knowledgeable and caring person. She explained the process and product in detail paying particular attention for my understanding of the product and use of it. The follow discussions are very helpful with listening to the use of the cpap equipment.
