The team is always professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They consistently go above and beyond, making what could be a stressful process feel seamless.During one move, a travertine piece was accidentally damaged in transit, and **** went above and beyond to make it right, truly exceptional customer service. That kind of care and accountability is rare, and its exactly why Ill continue working with them. Highly recommend.
Our move from a small apartment was completed quickly and professionally. The movers arrived on time, packed everything securely, and delivered our belongings safely.

Coastal Moving Services coordinated our long-distance relocation in a structured and stress-free way. The dedicated coordinator kept us informed and answered all our questions.
I appreciated how professional and organized the entire crew was during our relocation. The team worked efficiently while still taking care of delicate and valuable items.
They were also mindful and careful about security in the outgoing and incoming apartment buildings - had a person watching the doors of each building at all ********** of all, with their hourly pricing structure the price for the move came in UNDER their initial quote. Value for services provided could not have been better! I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again.
