They worked with me to include bespoke requests, such as picking up additional items from my storage unit on our way to the new home. Their quote was the best and most transparent of any moving company. The fee was flat and remained so, even if it was a full day's work. They were super careful with all our things, I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I'd highly recommend them!!

Watching the crew carry heavy furniture down a long staircase was honestly impressive. Dani made sure the plan was clear before they even started, and Rapid Express moving & storage movers worked slowly and carefully, making sure nothing scraped the walls or touched the framed artwork. They adjusted their grip whenever needed and communicated with each other throughout. It showed real teamwork and experience.

When it comes to fragile items Im always nervous. Alleyah made sure my concerns were noted, and the Golden Glove team handled my china collection with great care. Every cup and bowl was wrapped separately and packed neatly. Not a single item was damaged.

They were very delicate with our things and made sure to ask for direction so all our furniture was placed where wed like it. (Including helping us take a few heavy pieces down to the garage for disposal!) They even helped apply felt pads to our furniture since we moved to a hardwood unit! They got the whole job done in just 4 hours a hour under the estimate we were given!
