The movers were very professional while also being very friendly. We were moving my parents into a new house and the movers were SO patient with their thousands of questions. The mover that was the team leader spent extra time making sure my parents understood everything that was going on, which I really appreciated. Excellent and friendly crew, and they each took the time to introduce themselves. They hustled and accomplished the move within the midpoint of the estimate provided, which included long walks from the loading dock to elevator and then to the apartment. They worked great as a team and made sure they were managing and moving our items as we wanted. They never made it seem like they were trying to get as much time in as they could from us as they always tried to make every process of the move as quick as possible. We even offered the team some pizza and they all ate it when continuing to work..
