Promt and effective
It took 3 weeks for the work order to replace a battery in a thermostat. Once here, the workman was polite & efficient. When I inquired if he was our new maintenance man, he responded that he was only here for today. Do, when will we get a full time, permanent maintenance man?

Coastal Tide is set back from traffic but convenient to grocery shopping, medical, beaches, wineries or family activities and restaurants. Managerial staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is friendly, efficient and prompt. We recently retired and this is a diverse, friendly community.
Responded to problem quickly efficiently and even offered to put items back under sink.🙂
