i had the top sirloin on the club 55 and the steak was cold and the baked potato was not eatable and the garlic bread was burnt to a crisp. the best part of the meal was the ice cream cone i got at mcdonalds afterward..no compensation what so ever
Good food but not worth the poor overall experience of a long wait for our breakfasts and to pay our bill. 50 minutes to get our order, 20 more to check out!
This place suck I will never go back there �pissy me off
4 wait staff, 2 cooks, 1 manager, 4 tables with customers. 3 steak dinners all beyond overcooked. Out of the 3 dinners only 1 side ordered was correct. Twice their toaster had smoke filling the entire restaurant. Waitress blames the cooks, cooks glare at the customers. Not even so much as a discount offered, just some free pie offered to make up for crappy service and terrible food on a $75 check. Will never go back.
Very unsatisfy and uncordial even though they look hispanic like us we felt discriminated, we deffenetly not coming back �
Getting there 15 minutes before closing to find the doors locked. All we wanted was a slice for my significant others birthday to go. And the girl behind the counter just staring at us (right next to a well stocked pie display). We're on our way to Village Inn. I understand not wanting to get "stuck" serving people close to closing, but she could've at least asked. And I wonder why the other Coco's are going out of business.
