A few years ago when the market wasn’t so great for sellers Cody was able to sell my parents’ house in 2 weeks when others had tried for months. This is the reason I chose Cody to be my agent. He broke his record with my family and I had a full-price offer on my house in 2 days. He’s highly motivated. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available for questions. I highly recommend Cody.
When I first met Cody he was clean and professional. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He didn’t try to get me to look at houses that didn’t fit my criteria and didn’t go directly to my max price either. When it came time to look at houses he was up front with issues that could be wrong with the property and guided me. When Cody looked at our house he told us what we should list the sales price at and we thought it was high. Within two days the house was sold. Then Cody and his assistant helped us find a place to move to. We couldn't be happier with how it all worked. Now we live in an over 55 park and loving it. Cody walked us through all stages of closing the deals. If we had any questions at any time all we had to do was call and get the answers. We can highly recommend Cody as a real estate agent.
Cody was very helpful with finding the home. As well as communicating with the builder on any questions we had. He went out of his way on many occasions to answer any and all our questions. Even after the sale he has been very helpful in our needs. I would definitely recommend using him wether it is to sell your home or if you are in the market for a new one.

Cody was very great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the surrounding properties and there values when it came time to listing. He did almost everything so the process was very easy and timely.

Working with Cody was like working with your best bud. He made the entire process easy to sell out house. He was honest with his answers and worked his tail off getting our deal closed.
