We uploaded documents, Cody reviewed with no questions. Then literally days before trying to close--which ended up being late--we had so many questions, as well as, documents needed. All of this could have been managed much earlier if someone just asked. It created an incredible amount of stress and a late closing. I snapped at Cody (I do apologize), but it was all too much.
