Coffee Road vet is very busy, with long wait times for appointments. They do a pretty good job making sure emergency type situations get seen as timely as possible. We have seen Dr. Paine, and she was knowledgeable and gentle with my cat, but not friendly enough to make us want to see her again. We more recently saw Dr. Healis, and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. She answered our questions about our dogs terminal care with honesty and thoughtfulness. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very nice and extremely thorough with her explanation of the diagnosis. Everyone asked if we had any questions or concerns about each step of our cat’s treatment and procedures for the next step. When we left the office we felt confident and satisfied with our visit.

My 6 month old puppy was spayed recently and she is doing great! Her incision looks amazing and they called me to check on her. It was pricey but at least I know she was well taken care of 🤎

This was my first time taking my pet to this veterinary hospital, and I was also highly impressed by how the veterinarian took their time to answer ALL of my questions concerning my pet’s illness. My pet was very calm and appeared comfortable being treated by the veterinarian and that says a lot. 😊

They treat my dogs like their dogs. The peace of mind knowing your pets are comforted and cared for is priceless. The professionalism and cleanliness is unlike anywhere else. I can’t say enough good things. They are the perfect veterinarians.
