I was having some issues where I wasn't sure if I could wait for an appointment in the future. I explained to the staff on the phone that I would feel better if I could be seen by the doctor right away. They fit me in to the schedule immediately for testing and to see the doctor. Most other places tell you if you can't wait then go to the emergency room where you sit for hours and see someone that doesn't even know you.
