The guys were nice, but I'm not happy with the results. They weren't able to do what I wanted them to do, but they were able to do what I didn't ask them to do. The grout in my tile is two different colors and I wanted it all to match. COIT Services of Albuquerque looked at it and gave me an estimate, specifying that it would have to be cleaned before being stained all one color. They Should Provide More Training To Employees About Hose And Services That Are To Be Performed This was my first time using COIT Services of Albuquerque. I did online research and looked on Google to find the best carpet cleaning companies. COIT came up at the top with good reviews and high star ratings so I gave them a call. They succeeded where every other company in town failed! After some terrible tenants moved out of a rental that was going to be listed for sale, I discovered an awful odor (I am a realtor). I tried everything possible to eradicate the mystery odor. Every company in town also tried. They were all stumped. The tenants hadn't paid rent for months. The utilities had been cut off. Very Disappointed After using our basic steam cleaner multiple times a year I wasn’t happy with results and finally called the professionals. The guy who did it got done super fast and I wasn’t too happy with the results. I felt like it wasn’t any different from what I could have done myself. These Are the Only Folks to Call COIT Services did everything I needed them to do. I basically had them do my whole house, both floors and upholstery, a room or two at a time. They weren't pushy at all with me and they let me do things at my own pace. They painted the grout on the floors and now it doesn't get dirty!
