Work They Did Was Great! The work that COIT Services of Albuquerque did for me was great! They completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned all of the grout in my entire house and I had them paint the grout for a cleaner look. When I saw the completed job I couldn't believe how great it was.

I Highly Recommend This Service I was moving out of my house and needed the carpets cleaned for inspection. I called and scheduled an appointment with COIT Services of Albuquerque and that went really well. They scheduled out right away. Domingo the service tech who came out arrived on time and was very personable and professional and he was such a pleasure to work with. The carpets turned out terrific and I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

Courteous and professional! And, they stand behind their work! This was our first experience with COIT Services of Albuquerque and it was a good one! We asked them to clean our grout for us, and they did a good job. They showed up on time, and they were very courteous and professional people. After they left, we noticed a few spots they missed, so we called them. They came right back out and took care of that for us. It is nice to know that they stand behind their work like that! That is a real plus!

Amazing Job! COIT Services of Albuquerque really helped me out of a bind I was in. I had a tenant who completely trashed the house he was in. There was a cat urine smell, and tile so bad I thought I was going to have to replace. COIT came out and took care of everything, including the pet enzymes and the tile grout with their treatments. They were very thorough, they did a great job. I was just amazed. They were a little bit pricey, but if I ever run into another big job like this one, I will definitely be calling them again... read more

They show up ready to work! I used to live in the Bay Area, and I saw their rucks everywhere, so when I moved to New Mexico, I called COIT Services of Albuquerque to do some work for me. Most recently, they cleaned out all my dryer vents and heating ducts. They did a great job, as usual. I can always count on them showing up on time, and being ready to work. Their employees are very pleasant, and very professional. Overall, they are a good company, and I highly recommend them!

Got Out All the Stains Our family room carpet was a mess. There was a dirty path between the couch and coffee table. There were remnants of a red wine stain. And worst of all, beneath a recliner were 4 spots where graphite grease had leaked onto the carpet. When the technician was done, the carpet looked new! I am super pleased!

I have been using Coit Carpet Cleaning for my home for the past 9 or 10 years. Some of that time the home has been a rental. So, needless to say tenants in most cases are hard of the home.
