Dr. Heather really listens to you and your concerns. The hygienists clean my teeth very thoroughly. I had my regular cleanings with my braces on and they never complained and did the same great job as if I didn't have braces.(Thanks Krista and Teryn) Candy looks up your insurance coverage so you aren't surprised with a huge bill. 🥰

I have HATED the dentist my whole life. I LOVE Dr. Heather, Teryn and the rest of the staff at Colby Pacific Family . When I walk in the door I am put immediately at ease, well taken care of and if there is any distress during a procedure work is stopped and my feelings are addressed. Just had a crown completed. It was the most seamless procedure I have ever had done in my life. No pain during or after. I don't make recommendations for business' because we are all so different. However, I have and continue to recommend Colby Pacific Family Dentistry, Dr. Heather and Teryn.

Wow! Who has FUN at the dentist? This is a new experience for me. The staff was engaging and obviously truly enjoy their jobs and working with customers. I immediately felt right at home. I didn’t spend more than 10 seconds at any given time waiting for my xrays, exam, or cleaning. For a whopping total of maybe 20 seconds. At 30 years old, none of the things they explained to me were ever even mentioned in previous appointments at other offices. They gave me tools specific to my needs for keeping my teeth and gums healthy, and explained WHY it was important- didn’t just tell me “well it just is”, or not offer any context. They suggested I get a sonicare toothbrush. Not only do they offer that at their office, but the price is reasonable and they suggested that I check around for better prices if I preferred. They gave me the whole breakdown on their different whitening packages and costs, DIDNT pressure me, and even suggested their lower cost package because of my extreme tooth sensitivity. This might be the 3rd review I’ve ever written for a business, but I feel compelled to share and will be doing so on every public platform available. This is the SPOT. 10/10 will be returning.

This office is so kind, and caring. Our whole family, parents and kids ages 3-11 love coming into the office. They really go out of their way to make sure you get top quality treatment in a caring environment.
