I have been a patient of Dr Heather for a few years now. The staff are always welcoming and personable, and Dr Heather does an awesome job of making you a part of your treatment plan. She listens, answers questions professionally, and you don't feel like just a number. I will be a patient a for a long time!
I can't say enough to compliment and recommend the crew at Colby Pacific Dental. April answered my call and helped me with appointments, dental records, insurance questions. Honestly the best group of people. Warm hearts, extremely professional and they do fantastic work, and I get excited to go to the dentist. If you don't see them, you're missing out! I recommend to everyone I love.
Every single person I came across in this office was kind and accommodating. I felt like a superstar the moment I walked in, and that feeling lasted the entire appointment. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Zamos, and we found out we're both from Ohio. (O-H!) He was so knowledgeable and was able to explain his thought process to me in a way that I could understand, and did so with respect. As long as I'm in Everett, Colby Pacific Family Dentistry will be my dentist.
