5's across the board. Everyone who works for Dr Palm is professional and courteous. You know customer service is paramount at this office.
Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional, and they use the latest evidence based practices. Even better: It's fun to go. I never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist, but I do every time because I know it's a chance catch up and laugh with Dr. Palm and his staff. Can't recommend them highly enough.
