Superb! Wendy, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in problem solving a scheduling conflict. And when I came in late, due to missing a phone message, they problem solved on the fly and squeezed us in. The guest hygenist was very thorough and pleasant and Dr. Palm was his usual jubilent self, quick to greet you with a smile and the standard hand shake.
