I never thought I would say I love going to the dentist, but I have loved going for the last 12 years because I love Dr. Palm and his staff. I am always warmly welcomed, I enjoy the friendly hygienists, Dr. Palm is always interested in what is going on in my life and with my teeth. As a result, I am more encouraged to take better care of my teeth! It is a great relationship. Thank you Dr. Palm and all of your staff!

I feel that all the staff go above and beyond. I have not said this before, but the girl who has cleaned my teeth the last two times is a little less gentle than I am used to. I actually have a small gauge in my lower front tooth in the inside from her scraping to aggressively during my cleaning. That's the only thing I would change. She was very professional and friendly though and the rest of the exam went good.

I don't dread going to the dentist anymore since my husband introduced me to Colchester Dental Group. Now my 3 year old goes with us and he loves it. He's looking forward to his appointment next week and getting to pick out a special toy. Thank you to EVERYONE there, as there are so many great people, it's so hard to list them all!!

I hate trips to the dentist, would avoid them if I could. But I know I have to take care of my teeth. Dr Palm is the most patient person, checks to make sure I am not in pain. He and his assistant were just great at explaining what they were doing as we went along and also the why's of what they were doing. Its easier for me if I have lots of info. so thank you both, glad its over, hope we never have to do it again. but if I do, I will go back to Dr. Palm.

My experience at Colchester dental have been very good. I am not a fan of the dentist and tend not to keep my appts, but it has been easy to keep these because the staff and Chelsea have made it as enjoyable as possible.
