We enjoyed working with Lori. She knew the market and we believe she was right on the market when helping us set a price. Although our house shows it was on the market for40+days, we had an offer in three days. That offer ultimately failed. Lori was very helpful during that process and we had a second offer almost immediately. That one was successful. Lori kept us well informed every step of the way. We can recommend Lori without hesitation.

MaryLou and her associate Jill, were highly instrumental in helping us sail thru a quick closing on our dream A-Frame cabin in Strawberry. Both of them were always available to answer any questions we had either by phone call, text, email or in person. Nick at Pioneer Title was also so very helpful for a quick closing, as well. Julie is extremely knowledgeable about the Payson area and truly listens to our needs. She went out of her way to make sure we got the house we wanted by working with the Seller and Agent. Quick to respond finding the answers to our questions, she brought comfort throughout the process of purchasing our home.
