Coleen is amazing. My wife and I were shopping by ourselves, but then found a duplex that we loved that we wanted to buy with a couple of friends. We called Coleen on a Saturday and let her know that not only were we changing everything about our loan application, but we needed a preapproval that night! Coleen came through and got us everything we needed, helped work through some complicated trust income, and kept us posted every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without her!

Coleen was so helpful along the way. She took the time to answer all of our questions and walk through things entirely with us. She paid great attention to the interest rates and I felt like she was really trying to give us the best deal. Also super friendly!
