We are very grateful to have had Coleen work with us on our refinance of our home. Her professionalism and attention to detail are impressive. Not once did we ever feel overwhelmed to complete any of the documents that were needed from us. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be more happy and we now have a much lower loan rate.
