Spent $5,000 for what I thought was a new transmission, turns out the transmission they used has 250,000 miles on it. Guess they didn’t figure I would see that sticker. Do NOT recommend this place!!
Well 2 months ago. I had to get my transmission replaced in a 2015 Ford fusion. Costly .. but went ahead and done it. Took 3 weeks, got my car back rearview camera was all jacked up. Front bumper won't stay in place going over 50mph . Missing screws and all clips in fender well both sides. Gone... State. That when I dropped my car off with bad transmission the camera still worked completely fine...so I picked it up as they was locking doors on Friday. I took the post down last time because it hurt there feelings and he asked me would I take it down. He said they would make it right, but here we are again. Josh took his truck to Coleman Taylor transmission awhile back for them to fix it. They ”fixed it”, but they didn’t. Took it back “fixed it again”. Welp guess what…. It’s messed up again. Took trans over and got it back. Was not right at all. After back and forth phone calls someone there offered to pull it and redo it. Well guess what that’s a different story now. $3200 later it is still Messed up, but for $1500 they will pull it 😂 took it to ford and they said it is completely burnt up again. All you see is good reviews on here,but look them up on BBB. They block the people with bad reviews. This place is a joke. This is Jackson Tn location
