If I could provide ZERO stars I would. The staff in this office are unproffesional, misinformed and unaccomidating. And I quote,"we can not accommodate you.", after they requested twice to change my appointment time on the same date through text messages. Being turned away on the date of my appointment in the office is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition to not valuing their patients time and money the dentists as well as the technicians push for additional and expensive procedures that tend to be unnecessary. We value our patients and are very sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience. Our office has a 15 min grace period to make sure all patients throughout the day are seen on time. Arriving significantly after that grace period leaves us in the position of trying our best to accommodate, but sometimes it's not possible without disrespecting the next patient's appointment. In that case, we really do have to reschedule as we value ALL of our patients' time and need to be fair to those that arrive on schedule.
