Super responsive, and even more fun to work with. She kept me on task, and tried the same for time, my fault and not hers that I drifted. If she didn't know the answer you went out and got it. I was working with another party for my HELOC, and they were nice but the data requirements were ridiculously onerous for the transaction. PRMI is highly recommended by my wife and myself.
