Dr. Mullin is a wonderful doctor. I recently moved while pregnant and was lucky to have found a doctor I liked and had confidence in 5 months into my pregnancy. I had a high risk condition and she is very knowledgeable and made changes to my care quickly when necessary. She always took the time to answer my questions, as silly as some of them were. Any future pregnancies Dr. Mullin will be first choice!
I was supposed to have the flu shot many weeks ago; I am still waiting to get it. My visit was as quick as Chick-fil-a, but I am not buying chicken; I am having a baby. I paid for this; this Is not caritative. Sonogram, fast as always, not enjoyable, and I am not able to record videos of it????WT???? Is my uterus! I received more information from my dentist than from Dr Colleen’s appointment. I choose CHPG because of Dr Sundahl. Unfortunately I have to be seen with the other ones. Smh
My visit was not a pleasant one to say the least. I was going through a miscarriage and did not receive any comfort from this doctor. It was just business as usual. Reception staff were not kind. The nurses must have had a lack of communication because I found out my results on a Friday that I miscarried and then another nurse called me that next Monday to tell me my results. Went in for a Woman’s Wellness exam. Was asked if I had concerns. Apparently Dr. Mullin sees that as an illness when your answer isn’t no and then you get charged by insurance. Several people in the office told me all she had to do was change the code, supervisor finally called me back and said they can’t do anything about it because she acknowledged my concerns. I would have just paid the bill but she was just rushed and rude (told me my concerns was an over kill). She was of no help.
Dr. Mall was the one who had performed my surgery, but Mullin was the one on call in the hospital to check up on me during my stay at Avista. The first day she came to check on me I was still very sore and scared that she would be a little rough, she didn't like that I felt this way and told the nurse outside my door that she needs help because she couldn't deal with me. I was pale and in need of a blood tranfusion but it took her 2 days to finally approve that. She was rude all 3 visits.
Dr Mullen has absolutely no bedside manner!! Not only did she proceed to scold me like a child but she then threatened to take my baby early because I had told her I had forgotten to take my meds a couple of nights and at 7 months pregnant she didn't even offer to assist me in getting up from the exam table. All of my questions were answered like I was stupid and to top it off when she left the room she slammed the door behind her! I REFUSE to be seen by her ever again.
I saw Dr Mullin for my first apointment during my first pregnancy. I am sure she was a competent doctor from a medical perspective, but she was very rushed, gave us no guidance, did not explain what she was looking at on the ultrasound, and only somewhat answered my questions after sighing at having to answer questions at all.
Dr was fine in the beginning. Closer to delivery true colors started to show which were rude, insensitive, and forceful. The Doctor stated that she didn't do induced deliveries (likely because it was around Valentines day). Then she offered the induction date the week after she and my husband had it out in her office. She went off on him when he merely was helping me out and asking the questions I had forgotten. After baby, I requested a call back due to pains. 6 months later and still waiting!
Very rude and hateful, forceful. not nice and you're a waste of time to her
