Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Worked quickly to help me Refi my home mortgage. Got the best Interest rate at the time and LOWEST closing costs. On the day of the closing... all paper was accurate and the entire process was about 20 minutes. Would not hesitate to work with her again

Colleen was very nice and available at first, but it seemed like after she ran my credit - she completely disappeared. It was frustrating to know that a credit inquiry was going to impact my credit score and to find out it was for nothing due to lack of follow-up. Thank you for your initial help, but you shouldn't run someone's credit and then back out. We ended up getting approved, so it worked out for us in the long run anyway.
