Hopefully they can get people who actually take their job seriously the vet techs need to dress properly one had brought my animal to me and she was in leggings what happened to scrubs I took my animals there to be boarded the weekend when I went for them they smelled like urine bad like if they didn't clean out the kennels they were in they had eye boogies in there eyes when they were suppose to get a bath I've boarded my animals there for over 3 years the kennel manager at the time was always sweet and gave me a good updat... read more

Apparently something is going on if they can not keep workers around bad management maybe 🤔 had a horrible experience there when I took my animal there the never again
We found a lost dog and the only ID that it has is a College Garden rabies tag. The vet made ZERO effort to locate the owners and also refused to hold the dog. They told us to take it to the high-kill Roswell Animal Control facility. Is this who you want taking care of your animals????

Was quoted $250 for a spayed dog and $150 for a cat spayed. I had two cats and a dog taken in. After it was said and done, I paid almost$1000 for all three. I wouldn’t of done it if it was that expensive. I could of done it for $150 for all three in Albuquerque. Never again will I be back

Took our dog in for surgery 8 days later the surgery failed so many excuses and wanted more money to see him again. Staff is horrible, won’t answer questions and have no compassion.
