RecommendedIt decided to snow in April, during a pandemic and both our geothermal heat and furnace decided to stop working at the same time. I called at 9am and the tech was at my house by noon. Very professional, explained the issues and my options and quickly fixed the problems and got us back up in running in no time. Excellent service!

RecommendedCollier's just installed a new furnace/ac unit in my home. During the initial estimate appointment Doug took the time to tell me what was wrong with my current set up and how they planned to make it right. I knew then it was not about the money for them it was about providing good quality and properly functioning products. The installers did not disappoint either. Very friendly and knowledgeable. RecommendedI moved into a new home since the passing of my husband a little over 1 year ago. I sorely miss his skills and ability to fix anything. He was a plumber, and long time member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 166. I had called the local, and asked for a recommendation on who I could call to help me fix my duct work, and hook up my washer and dryer. They were extremely nice, and offered to come and assist me. RecommendedWe have been receiving excellent service from Collier's for over 14 years!!!!! They are the only people we will let service our Geo-Thermal and our Propane heat. they have a great program. Purchase a maintenance agreement every year and they come out twice. Once for Heat and the other for the AC. They will also install and service Air Purifiers.They are such a Great Company, the same folks have been there for Years! Very personable group!
RecommendedI have worked with Collier's for Years, And by far they are the most reputable, Honest and down to Earth HVAC Company in the Area! I would not recommend anyone other than them!!! Absolutely a Great Company to work with!! Todd, Renee, Doug and the whole Crew are Great People to deal with!!
Customer service is terrible. They don't do the job right, then want to come back and charge you extra for what should have been done in the first place.
