Verified Renter Everyone is nice and happy with the living space. Every time I’ve put on a maintenance request it’s been taken care of within the week. Love being able to walk around the community without having to worry about danger.

Verified Renter Everything has been mostly great. I'm grateful for a place to live. I like my neighbors, the location is perfect, but unnecessary fees are killing me. Pool was closed almost all summer and the non residents fill up the trash bins. They're constantly overflowing with construction items or large furniture. Residents don't pick up after their large dog waste in bark park. Maintenance crew and office staff are nice. Other than that it's been good.
