RecommendedThe job was done to my satisfaction and I have had no leaks or faults found. The roof was done in April following hurricane Matthew and it has come through with flying colors following hurricane Irma. I recommend Collis Roofing to everyone who asks. They also fight with you for your rights under the insurance industry during insurance claims following hurricanes. Yes we had to fight to get what I wanted and with Andrew my Collis rep. we got it done. If they could get 10 stars I would give them that
There was a lot of back and forth with my husband, Collis, and the insurance company which delayed the process. However, once it was all figured out, installation was amazing. The guys were pulling up as I left for work at 7:15 am and when I got home at 6 pm everything was done. it took so long for me to to write this review because I took this for granted until I saw other houses in the neighborhood with materials sitting on their roofs for weeks and months before the work was even started. We had our roof done by Collis 2 years ago and it still looks new even after Hirricane Matthew not to long ago. I have a neighbor that had their roof put on by another company a few days after ours and they are having issues with leaks and the Hurricane really affected the way their shingles look. I can't say enough about how great this company has been to work with. Our roof needed to be replaced after Hurricane Matthew. We had a check within 2 weeks from our insurance company, St. John's. We contacted several roofing companies and Collis is the only company who even returned our call. The estimator, Bob Williams, is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people I've ever done business with. We only had a 2 week wait. They started on Monday and finished yesterday.
