0 Star : My Experience Expected time frame for repairs was 3 days. I understand this could fluctuate some due to unforeseen circumstances, however extending out 10 business days was extensive. I would have to chase down an update only to be told it should be ready the next day to which I would again have to chase down an update and be told it should be ready the next day, over and over again. 0 Star : My Experience I was not kept up to date as to the continuing progress of the repairs. I was expecting my car to be finished at the specified time frame of 5 business days. Other than this issue everything else was fine.
