My wife had a colonoscopy done in July of 2023 and 5 months later we started getting bills from another company named Annapath Pathology for another payment. When I spoke with them I explained that they are responsible to advise the patients of another 3rd party payment that may be needed. They apologized and that was that. I feel like there was a lack of transparency by them in advising us of this.
Dr Chuquin is a new generation of what I consider to be a much better surgeon. She listens, she pays attention to the whole patient, and her surgery skills are state of the art and also well practiced. My mother did very well through her surgery largely because of the way Dr Chuquin prepared her beforehand, performed the surgery using the latest techniques, and then showed up with compassionate and clear follow-through. I highly recommend her.
Signed up for an appointment twice online and still no call back, no response, no email. When you call they say to give them 72 hours to get back with you. Well it's been 2 weeks...
My husband Robert & I saw Dr. Gentry for a consult and we couldn’t be more pleased. He asked informative questions, was attentive & compassionate, and patiently responded to all my husbands questions & concerns! His surgical coordinator Diane was equally compassionate & attentive. We truly felt cared for. What an amazing team! We feel confident in going forward with the recommended treatment plan.
Dr. Miller is a life saver!! He listened when others wouldn't, he heard everything I had to say, performed a few test and had me in for emergency surgery next day after battling with this issue for 5 years. I'm not totally back to normal but not living in the bathroom any more all day long either. My go to doctor for sure!!!
