I recently hired Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting to paint the exterior of my house, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their work. As a bit of a perfectionist, I had high expectations, and they exceeded them in every way. Their prep work was meticulous, and the caulking and paint coverage were excellent, leaving my house looking brand new. UPDATE from 3 to 5 stars: I was contacted no less than 30 minutes after this review. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction even a year later. Wonderful customer service and this act alone ensured a customer for life. We had this company paint our house when we moved in. They did a decent job! They worked quickly, and the price seemed fair. We had some splattering on floors and such (assuming they were using a sprayer on the ceiling and it fell down in places) but it doesn’t bother us. They did use the w... read more
CCRP did great work! Hired them them to paint my new home, a four bedroom with tall ceilings. Excellent attention to detail, and while I switched to a much lighter, off white from the dark taupe and brown previous owner had used, you would never know. Looks like a brand new home. Also, Stephen, the project manager was great to work with throughout the project. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with CCRP, a great local company with excellent service and results. The painting included power washing plus minor repairs and caulking, and it only took three or four days. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh-looking home!
We are so happy! What a fantastic job they did! Scheduling was super easy, you can do it online and they'll send you a confirmation email to get it all set up. From there, the project manager shows up to do the estimate, which is what I really liked - NOT just a random associate who does estimates, this is the person who will be your point of contact from the day they show up to do the work, until the project is finished.
