Insurance verification was not performed correctly. My first surgery in 2019 was not approved through insurance, no one notified me or tried to get this issue correcting even knowing that the procedure I had would need at least 1 more surgery through Dr. Lurcott and means all my implants through my main dentist will also not be covered. I was hung up on by their billing office after being on hold for 35 minutes and then ghosted by the office manager when I called the office to complain about my major bill after the second s... read more
Insurance doesn’t cover the procedure. $1,000/hr for general anesthesia is a deal breaker insurance or not. $200 consultation fee was charged twice and I had to ask for a refund. Also an exorbitant fee.
Their prices are way higher then everywhere else I’ve gone
I called early in the morning to make sure I didn’t have paperwork to fill out or pay since my mother was going to take my kids to there appointment. Unfortunately it looks like the front desk ask payments which I paid over 1,200 right there in there. Then I ask for them to save 1 of my kids and the lady said that I should said that when they checked in not when I scheduled them.
