I love Dr. Charles and she's always fantastic! Staff is always nice and personable.The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is the wait time. I had mammogram and annual exam on the same day back to back, but it took 45 minutes and 5 other patients later (between my appointments) for me to wait. Otherwise, always great experience.
