I felt respected and listened to by everyone on staff from the moment I walked in. I appreciated having time to sit down and speak with the doctor before being asked to change into the gown for my exam. Everyone was very kind and explained things very clearly.

I absolutely love Dr. Christina Charles-Beery! I would give her five stars for herself! I have been going to her for years when my previous doctor retired. She is kind and listens to any concerns that I may have. I see her at the Dublin office, and the receptionists out front could have been a little more personable. Perhaps they were having a bad day, so that is why I dropped the rating down to a 4.

Everyone in the Pickerington office from the receptionist to the nurse to my practitioner was welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring. The follow up since my appointment has been excellent as well!
