Was greeted as I entered the registration area. Quick check-in process. Was called back within 15-20 minutes after arrival. Greeted again by technician who gave directions for mammogram procedure. Her demeanor was both pleasant and professional. I found everyone to be pleasant, professional and efficient. Dr. Sinclair demonstrated all the above as well as personable and thoughtful in her explanations and answering my questions .
