My annual checkup was with Mary Casbarro. She is very pleasant, caring and gentle. In relation to bone loss, Mary gave me some great tips regarding weight bearing exercises and taking calcium twice a day instead of once.

I appreciate my doctor and his nurse, Lisa. That being said, I am beyond frustrated with the call back process. I was awaiting results of an ultrasound and missed the nurses call two days in a row. I stead of offering a direct way to reach her, she left the general number. I had to choose appointments to get a live agent, who was able to connect me with her. This is unacceptable. The Pickerington, Ohio office has moved into their new space since my last visit. Very nice office. I didn't have to wait a long time. Got me in right away. Dr Himler is an excellent Dr. Easy to talk to and to have a conversation about my health concerns.
