Everything was pleasant during my mammogram and the exam with Dr Summers. The Grandview location is immaculately clean from the waiting room to the exam rooms. It’s very relaxing and projects a calming vibe for the entire appointment/and time scheduled for all exams. The only thing I can think of for possible improvement would be the wait time between mammogram and pelvic exam; myself and others had a substantial wait in between the two. Thank you!

I was greeted when I checked in the registrar was very efficient. I only sat a few minutes until the technician called me and took me back. She explained everything thoroughly answered my questions when I had them, and was very pleasant.

I really liked the NP who I saw. She was wonderful and really seemed to listen and care about what I was saying. The ladies at the front desk were great too. Definitely felt comfortable there. My only complaint would be the amount of time I waited after getting into the exam room until the NP came in. Over 20 mins from when I was ready until the medical assistant peeked her head in the room to tell me I hadn’t been forgotten about and rhe NP would be in soon.
