The nurse practitioner was thorough and pleasant. My major complaint is that you said you called in March to cancel my appointment but I never received that call. Had I not called you to see why I had not received a confirmation, I would have arrived Nat the office for naught. When I tried to get in to see Dr. Wirrig, I could not get in until March. The entire experience was unacceptable..

Doctor and staff were all excellent and provided great comfort. Not sure why item not in stock was sent to a pharmacy for me rather that ordered for the office. While this extra cost was not a major issue for me to pay it out of pocket since it is not covered by insurance, but this could present a major challenge for someone with a lesser ability cover the extra cost.
