I wanted to start off by saying that my ultrasound tech named Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Since finding out I am pregnant, I've had ultrasounds done at the Mount Carmel East ER and they were nowhere near as inviting, caring and patient as Jennifer was with me. The check in process was spot on and Jennifer not only explained things to me but gave me accurate measurements on my baby that I haven't been able to learn for the past 2 weeks and even gave me pictures as this is my first pregnancy and am super excited about it.... read more

I love Dr Monica W. She is kind and gentle. If I ask any questions she listens and helps. I will say then when my daughter needed to be seen because of a ruptured ovarian cyst I could not get in that day or the next and I just to spend 900 dollars out of pocket for them to say that we should follow up with our Doctor. It was ridiculous that we could not be seen during an emergency. I know that our insurance company is ready to drop Mt.Carmel. I wonder if other patients are not getting correct care.
