I have been seeing nurse practitioner Sam for I think 30 years, maybe 30+. . My gynecologist retired and since I was past the time I wanted anymore children I chose this dr affiliated with Mt Carmel. I liked home but I loved his nurse Sam. She left his group to join Cols OBGYN. Of course I followed her never regretting my decision. She is absolutely the most caring individual and knowledgeable person I have ever had in dealing with the medical field .
