Great customer service and Physicians are amazing
My appointment was on time. It was my first visit with Dr Summers. She was knowledgeable and informative, and it was a real pleasure meeting her.

I was very pleased with the ease of parking and accessing the Dublin offices, which was my first time at that location. I am a long-time patient of the practice, but with the retirement of my physician I told the office to assign me to any of the available doctors at the Dublin location. I saw Dr. Bethany Hahn and was extremely pleased with how the visit and exam went. Dr. Hahn took the time to sit down with me prior to the exam to ask about my medical history, which I appreciated. The overall experience was great! However there are a few things I have to say about the nurse that took me back. I don’t recall her providing her name. She may have and I may not have heard her, she spoke softly at times. After my weight was taken and before I could gather my belongings she was off like a flash. I basically had to run to catch up to her. When we reached to exam room, she spoke softly fast as to what I was to do, I had to ask her again. I had two tests and an appointment with the doctor, and I didn’t have to wait long in between procedures . The doctor reviewed the results of the tests before she saw me and could tell me that I was okay. Everyone was courteous and professional and quickly rescheduled my next appointment.
As always, staff was kind and showed real care for me. Nobody seemed too rushed to answer my questions and concerns. This was my first medical appointment in years that BP wasn’t way above normal, so I guess my “white coat syndrome” disappeared at this office after a few great visits! That is awesome! Thank you!
