I had time mixed up for mammogram and office visit. I was late but they found me a slot and I didn’t have to wait too long.
The nurse practitioner was very understanding and put me at ease.
Dr Jones is very gentle and kind.
Everything was goof as usually, but I did not like the Patient Form I had to fill out for being a patient there for 50 years. Way to many Personal questions for any person to answer. I think you need to reconsider that form like it used to be.
Everyone was very friendly and made my first visit very comfortable!
